Key staff members are invited to a planning event approximately two months before Code Camp. It is then that we set the timeline, make any scheduling modifications and plan out prize and sponsor strategies. This happens three months prior to each camp. This year we visited Jade Garden in Dresher.

Speakers and set-up staff members meet the evening before Code Camp to discuss last minute details and specify next-day duties. Apprenda is our sponsor for this year's event to be held at Cantina Feliz.

All Code Camp partners, speakers, staff members, boosters and attendees are welcome to celebrate the end of another successful Code Camp at a local restaurant. This year we will once again invade the Brick House in Horsham. Feel free to join us for food, conversation and more networking!
